I wear a size 11.5 to 12 shoe and bought the 12. Its nice and roomy and honestly the Mephisto is one of the only shoes I don't have to stretch out to fit my wide feet. Comfort wise its like walking on air the insoles are nicely padded. Construction is great no loose strands of material and I saw no flaws. Believe me if I am spending this much on shoes purchased from the internet I am going to examine the shoes for any flaws and this shoe meets the eye test for perfection. Style wise a great shoe that pairs well with jeans or shorts, Comfort wise no complaints after several wearings. I live in Vegas and because of the hot summers our office is pretty casual these shoes are perfect for the office as they are stylish and comfortable.These shoes have a unique look with the while soles and different shades of brown on the upper part. One can wear them for most occasions. They are especially kind to my toes (I have diabetic neuropathy) and excellent walking shoes. I wear them almost all of the time. I strongly recommend this product and Mephisto in general. I won't wear any other brand of shoes.Sooo comfortable, and stylish (or at least compliments my style). I wear these so much already. They are expensive, but the style and comfort make them well worth it. I wear mostly skinny jeans with a button-down shirt or t-shirt ... these are so awesome!! Mephisto does not exaggerate in their claim these are sooo comfortable.I needed a cool wide and firm shoe, for work. One that was wide enough to prevent ulceration and neuropathic pain.
